Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $6.95 for all orders within the United States. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available in the Louisville, KY area. After placing your order, you will receive a notification with pickup details and instructions. Pickup orders are typically ready within 24 hours.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages Bravely Loved is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bravelylovedco@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will do our best to make it right.
